SEcond Photographer
It is essential to have another photographer if the guest count is over 100 and lots of candid moments are requested. This is highly encouraged when there is a driving distance from the venue and the getting-ready locations. The final gallery will have more photos, and it will allow for a smooth wedding day.

The Process
bOOKING
I recommend submitting an inquiry 12-8 months before the wedding date. We will have a video or phone call to review the details and your vision for the big day. Once we are done with the call, I will send over a quote and full wedding day galleries for your review. To officially book the date, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit. A contract, questionnaires, and my wedding day guide will accompany the invoice.
COnsulting & Storytelling Sessions
I review the first questionnaire to get to know you as a couple better. If you want to set up an engagement session, we can collaborate on locations, I can share a what-to-wear guide, and we will make some magic. We will plan this 12-8 months before the wedding as well. If you have other Storytelling Session ideas, we can take the time to discuss them. I am an open book of resources and happy to share my preferred vendors. I will assist on the timeline for the day with my knowledge on lighting and more. You will receive a second questionnaire 2-3 months before the wedding day to share your details with me. And we will have a pre-wedding meeting 2-3 weeks to review the timeline together!
Wedding Day
When the date of the celebration arrives, embrace each moment. Laugh, cry, hug, and feel deeply all you need to. Trust that I will take care of documenting the day.
& Beyond
You will receive a 24-48 hour preview gallery to relive the moments. I wrap up the final gallery between 4 - 8 weeks after the wedding day. You can print right through the digital gallery and will receive a discount for your first order. You do have printing rights to these images. I would be glad to share other professional printing services if needed.

FAQ
I. What are additional travel expenses?
If the round trip is over 50 miles, I do charge $0.67 per mile. Should the venue be far away, I will need to book accommodations.
II. How many images do we receive, and when?
Each session or wedding gallery gets a 24-48 hour preview gallery. This amount varies depending on which service you receive. However, the final portrait gallery takes 2-4 weeks, and the wedding gallery takes 4-8 weeks. I guarantee 50-100 photos an hour.
III. How do you offer support throughout the process?
I love to recommend fellow wedding professionals I have worked with before. I offer reviewing timeline and other photography expertise throughout the planning process. I love to know my clients before the wedding day, and I am always open to having in-person meetings over coffee, beer, or any other treats! It's so important for you to be comfortable with me!
